Silver Spur Home Sales in 2009

Like most areas in Palos Verdes, the Silver Spur area experienced a nice run up in home values from 2000 through 2009. Sales from 2008 to 2009 increased though the price of these sales declined modestly. Recent sales suggest that 2010 may be the year the market settles down from the shock of the financial credit crash back in 2007.
