Palos Verdes Drive South Home Sales in 2009

Many of the communities in Palos Verdes are well established and don’t experience significant new home development. The area known as Palos Verdes Drive South is no exception and sales here are off to a sluggish start this year. The total number of single family home sales in 2009 equaled the number from 2008, but the median sales price came in much lower.
